IJIRP aligns its AI governance guidelines with standard international publishing ethics frameworks.

• Authorship Restriction: Generative Artificial Intelligence tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot) cannot be listed as an author or co-author on any manuscript. AI tools lack legal accountability, copyright capacity, and ethical standing.
• Author Disclosure: If AI tools are utilized for language editing, code execution, or data structuring, authors must explicitly disclose their usage in the Methods or Acknowledgements section of the manuscript.
• Peer Reviewer Restraints: Reviewers are strictly prohibited from uploading submitted manuscripts into AI platforms to generate review summaries, as this violates author confidentiality.
