Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The International Journal of Integrated Research and Practice (IJIRP) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to adhere to the following ethical guidelines.

Duties of Authors:

  • Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure their work is original and free from plagiarism. Proper citation is required.
  • Data Accuracy: Accurate presentation of research and objective discussion are essential.
  • Multiple Submissions: Manuscripts should not be submitted to more than one journal at a time.
  • Acknowledgment of Sources: All relevant sources must be cited.
  • Authorship: Only those who contributed significantly should be listed as authors.
  • Disclosure: Any conflicts of interest should be disclosed, including financial support.
  • Errors in Published Works: Authors should promptly inform the journal about errors in their published work.

  • Confidentiality: Manuscripts must be treated as confidential.
  • Promptness: Reviews should be completed on time.
  • Acknowledgment of Sources: Reviewers should identify relevant sources that were not cited by the authors.
  • Objectivity: Reviews should be fair and based on objective criteria.

Duties of Editors:

  • Publication Decisions: The editor-in-chief is responsible for decisions regarding manuscript publication.
  • Fair Play: Manuscripts should be evaluated based on intellectual content, without discrimination.
  • Confidentiality: Editors must not disclose manuscript information to unauthorized individuals.
  • Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Editors should not use unpublished material from manuscripts in their own research without permission.
