Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Submitted manuscripts to the International Journal of Integrated Research and Practice (IJIRP) should adhere to basic standards for readability and interpretation by the Editorial team. Manuscripts failing to meet these criteria will be returned to the authors.

Article Types & Format

  • Original/Research Articles: Present unpublished data, detailing methods, methodologies, and results.
  • Review Articles: Provide comprehensive literature reviews on significant topics in integrated research and practice.
  • Case Reports: Descriptions of clinical conditions, treatments, and novel cases.
  • Editorials: Short pieces authored by the editorial team.
  • Commentaries: Discussions on research topics with insights or proposed solutions.
  • Corrigendum:Corrections to previously published articles.
  • Expert Opinion: Articles by experts in the field to advance knowledge.
  • Letters to the Editor: Correspondence addressing published articles or offering opinions.
  • Perspective Articles: Authors’ viewpoints on pertinent topics.

Manuscript Structure

  • Cover Letter: Addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, stating article title, manuscript type, submission agreement, and conflict of interest declarations.
  • Title Page: Should include title, running title, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author details.
  • Abstract and Keywords: A concise abstract (max 300 words) summarizing key findings and 3-5 keywords.
  • Main Content: Organized based on article type with sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion.
  • Acknowledgments: Acknowledge contributors and funding sources.
  • References: Follow the required citation format and include only published or accepted works.
  • Authors should verify that their article is suitable for submission, and ensure it is not under review elsewhere. Manuscripts must undergo an initial quality check before peer review.
