PEER REVIEW POLICY

Peer Review Policy
IJIRP enforces a rigorous, transparent, and fair evaluation process to safeguard scientific quality.
  • Review Model: The journal utilizes a Double-Blind Peer Review system. The identities of both authors and reviewers remain completely anonymous throughout the evaluation cycle.
  • Review Process:
    1. Desk Review: The Managing Editor checks the manuscript for scope, formatting, and plagiarism.
    2. Expert Evaluation: Eligible papers are assigned to a minimum of 2 independent peer reviewers specializing in the subject area.
    3. Decision Options: Based on reviewer reports, the Editor-in-Chief issues one of four decisions: Accept As Is, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Reject.
    4. Average Review Timeline: The first-decision review cycle is completed within 3 to 4 weeks from manuscript submission.
