No Submission / Hidden Fees: IJIRP does not charge any fee for manuscript submission, peer-review processing, or initial desk evaluation. The APC is payable only after formal acceptance.
Waiver & Discount Policy: IJIRP offers partial or full waivers to authors from low-income economies or those experiencing genuine financial hardship upon written request prior to review.
Refund Policy: Once an article is accepted and processed for online publication, the APC is strictly non-refundable.
